Got the game over the weekend and just successfully orbited minmus Posted: 01 Dec 2020 05:30 PM PST I've been wanting this game for awhile just because of the random videos I have seen. I finally decided to get it when I saw it was on sale and I have loved it so far. I hadnt researched the game before purchasing it so there was a significant learning curve. I have to say though that it is so satisfying when you finally reach a new milestone successfully. Day before yesterday I managed to achieve a stable kerbin orbit (and returned to the surface safely) and just now I managed to fly out to minmus and orbit it a few times before returning to land back on kerbin again. The serious attempts at reaching new parts of space are just as satisfying as the crazy shenanigans you can do (tested a "thoroughbred" solid fuel booster right after unlocking it by slapping on a command pod and now Jeb is orbiting the sun...) The game was definitely way more complex than I thought it would be but it has been a ton of fun so far [link] [comments] | ||
